Cancellation Policy
Please note NO refunds are given for cancellation. We can reschedule your appointment for another date if given at least 14 days notice prior to the original hire or shoot date or else this option will not be available. In the event of any successful rescheduling, only one reschedule will be granted whereby a new reschedule date must be confirmed, after this there will be no option to reschedule the same booking again. Please note there is NO smoking allowed in the building or studio. This includes vaping. Parking is NOT available at the Biscuit Factory, please use the 'JustPark' app using the postcode SE164DG to book your space prior to your visit.
