Any over time will be charged

Refunds & Rescheduling
Please note NO refunds are given for cancellation. We can reschedule your appointment for another date if given at least 14 days notice prior to the original hire date or else this option will not be available. In the event of any successful rescheduling, only one reschedule will be granted whereby a new reschedule date must be confirmed, after this there will be no option to reschedule the same booking again.
No Smoking
Please note there is NO smoking allowed in the building or studio. This includes vaping.
Parking
Parking is not available at the Biscuit Factory, however there is lots of parking options close by, just type in the postcode SE164DG or you can use the 'JustPark' app to book your parking prior to your hire.
