Payments, Cancellations & Refunds:

All payments are non-refundable. To reschedule we require at least 48 hours notice or you will be unable to change the date/time of your booking. If you then cancel you will not be refunded.

You will have the option to reschedule once if needed.
Cancellations will NOT be refunded. 
 

Punctuality:

The person booking the studio is expected to be present on time.

If you are more than 30 minutes late with no prior warning this will be considered as no show and your booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund or rescheduling. Any additional time is considered as overtime.
 

Overtime & Damages:

The client must include set up and take down time within the hours booked, to avoid overtime charges.

It may not always be possible to go overtime due to other bookings but when available payment is expected upfront (overtime charge: £40 per hour).

​A payment link will be sent to you for any overtime charges, if this is not paid within 24 hours a late payment fee of £10 every day will be added on top, until this is paid. 

The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person during the use of the studio. Lux Studios supplies services and equipment entirely at the risk of the client. The client shall pay any costs/fines if there are any breakages or damages.

A payment link for the damages will be sent to the person who made the booking. You will have 48 hours to complete the payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, further steps will be taken.
 

Eating, Drinking & Smoking:

NO Alcohol beverages or drugs are to be consumed within the studio. Failure to comply will be an immediate termination of your hire session with no refund or rescheduling.

No smoking within the studios or building, please use the designated, sheltered outside smoking area.
 

Professional Conduct:

Please keep noise levels respectable and be considerate to neighbours and offices close by.
 

CCTV:

Please note that CCTV has been installed inside the studio for your safety and protection. All video footage is automatically deleted after 7 days.

Infinity Wall Usage – Rules & Guidelines
 

To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our infinity wall for all clients, please adhere to the following rules:

No Shoes on the Wall:
Only clean footwear or studio slippers are allowed. If shoes are required for the shoot, please ensure soles are clean or cover them with tape or shoe covers.

No Food or Drink on the Infinity Wall:
To avoid stains or damage, food and drinks are strictly prohibited on or near the white wall area.

Do Not Touch or Lean on the Wall:
Please avoid touching, leaning, or placing any objects directly against the wall to prevent marks and dents.

Paint Touch-Up Fees:
If the wall is heavily marked or damaged during your session, a repaint fee of £30 will apply. Light marks may be cleaned free of charge at the studio’s discretion.

Set Design & Props:
Any props or set pieces placed on the infinity wall must be pre-approved. Protective coverings may be required to avoid damage.

No Standing or Climbing on Curved Edges:
The curved section of the cove is not designed to bear weight. Standing, sitting, or climbing on it is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Clean-Up Responsibility:
Please ensure the wall and surrounding area are left in the same condition as found. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
 

Other:

Staff are not responsible to do your lighting set ups and are not responsible for the outcome of your photo-shoot/video-shoot this is the responsibility of your booked team. We provide a space with equipment and backdrops. 
 

Final agreement:

By booking online means you agree to all terms and conditions. If any of our Terms and Conditions are broken your session will be terminated with immediate affect with no refund or rescheduling.
